- Currently we only sell and deliver to South Africa.
- All products come with free shipping.
- Shipping takes roughly 10 working days

Payments can be done by:
- Payfast – a secure and popular online payment gateway. We do not store your credit card details on our website.
Please note products will be only be shipped once the funds have been cleared in our account.
Each product is hand made and because of this, there may be some minor variations in some of the ranges.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
If a product does not meet your expectation you may return it within 7 days of its delivery. The product must still be in its original condition.
We will refund the product once we have received and checked it is still in good working order. This does not apply to custom lamps, furniture or lighting installations.
If we have made a mistake on our side and your product is damaged or not in a good working order we will replace and return your product at no extra cost to you.
How to request a return/ exchange or refund
For all returns/ exchanges or refunds please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining your grievance & a photo taken of the product that is damaged or not working correctly.
- Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order of any damages that may may have been caused during transport.
- Notify us within 7 days if the product is not working correctly.
